Looking for a ''low'' Budget Laptop

Hello guys, probably this question has been asked before but I can't find it.
I am looking for a ''low'' budget laptop.

I am looking for a laptop for my girlfriend. She is a flight attendant. So it would be nice if she could take her laptop with her everytime she's abroad. The only thing she needs on a computer is surfing the web and checking her email.

I want to buy her the best I can get for 560 USD MAX.( I know I can find cheaper laptops only for surfing the web but I don't want her to have the cheapest.)

I know a bit about computers, but I cannot decide. See what you guys think
Hope you can help me.
