Need to upgrade my E5430

Hello, I want to upgrade my E5430, at first, his specs are :
I7 3610QM
1*8Gb 1600MHz DDR3L
Stock motherboard
Stock cooling
Stock used 60Wh battery
1600*900 screen
Intel 330 series 180Gb SSD
I want to upgrade :
-The stock E5430 cooling by the E5530 cooling because the 3610QM can be very hot with the stock cooler.
-The battery, I want to buy one cheapest "97Wh" dell battery (noname or not) and replace all the cell by 3500Mah cell like that : http://ift.tt/2bQnWkw is it possible?
-Find custom bios/original .rom bios to custom it to maybe add overclock/undervolting control
-The screen, I want 1080p or 1440p
Is all of that can be possible?
