MSI Confusing Advertising: which GT72VR has 120HZ Display?

So I ordered a GT72VR-015 from Newegg because according to MSI and the Notebookcheck's review of the MSI GT72VR -015 it is a 120hz display. MSI pulled the press release down yesterday, but the webcache is still there. If you google tons of sites have said the GT72VR line will have 120hz displays.

According to Xotic PC and Ibuypower on Amazon they are in fact only 60hz:

There is also a reddit post about the same thing, which has conflicting info where MSI told one guy all the GT72VR are 120hz, but someone who has one says it's only 60hz.

I get this laptop today, if it is only 60hz I am going to be pissed, since they advertised it as 120hz. If I had know I would have bought a GT73VR. I already sold my desktop once I pulled the trigger and can't be without a laptop for weeks while I wait for the $2200 version of the GT73VR 1070 120hz models to get released/ship.

This seems ripe for a class action suit or something.
