I should convert GPT to MBR

Hi all,

I bought a new notebook with Win 10 home already in.

I need to delete it and install Win 10 Pro and Win 7 Pro.

This is my questions for you all:

1) I need to change into the BIOS from SECURE BOOT to UEFI?

2) I need to change the PARTITION TABLE of each HDD from GPT to MBR and why if it so?
