Help cleaning my laptop monitor

Hi all,

I recently stumbled on people warning to to use alcohol to clean lcd screens (especially ones with anti glare coating), and in my case i have an IPS antiglare monitor (Alienware 17 2016 model) that i once or twice have dampened a piece of cotton with 2~3 sprays of 70% ethyl alcohol and cleaned the screen with.

Could that have damaged my screen in any way?? What's the best method to clean an IPS antiglare lcd?
