Buying on UK, Portugal, or Poland, from Germany

Hey guys,

Anyone here has experience on buying from a Clevo representative from another European country to Germany? I'm living in Germany for a short time and I'm not familiar with the importing procedures here, and how does it work to buy something from another EU country. Do I have to pay import taxes? What about warranty, RMA, etc?

I'm asking because I'm surprised to see the considerable price gap for the same basic model, with a few differences on warranty:

UK (pcspecialist): 2161 EUR
PT (obsidian): 2267 EUR
PL (hyperbook): 2285 EUR
DE (kiebel): 2373 EUR (but they don't have English keyboards in the options)
DE (mifcom): 2443 EUR
DE (mysn): 2688 EUR

So, from the first one to the last, there is a gap of 527 EUR, which is quite a lot of money!!!

What do the Clevo "aficionados" living Germany do?
