Urgent advice...???

I have tested 8970m in my second Bay for GPU. It works. In bios and windows 8970m is visible. But... When I removed 6990m, and put 8970m in primary place, left corner. It would not boot. 5 beeps then after reboot 8 beeps.... Wt*?! What could be the problem...?
