DELL Precision M4700 - Display Upgrade?

Hey all,

So I recently got handed a DELL Precision M4700 which despite being 3/4 years old now is still an excellent machine - except for one thing... the screen.

This one has the cheaper 1366x768 panel, but I'm wondering if it's possible to just buy a Full HD version on eBay and swap them, or will I need to change cabling as well (and if so, what part numbers do I need)

Is this even possible and has anyone succesfully done it? Appreciate any advice!
