cant believe its been 5 years, I finally upgraded my p150hm to a 680m, but a few questions

So I recently found a 680m on ebay for about $200 which is the best ive seen since its launch, and yeah its an old system now, but I dont need super fast as of yet and for $200 its a great upgrade. I already listed my 485m up on ebay which seem to be going for slightly more than what i got the 680m for anyways. so a couple questions, is the 680m the fastest card I can put in my p150hm and what would make more current cards incompatible?

Secondly, I fired up bf3 and im getting at least double the fps and no issues at all. however I just got fallout 4 and Even on the lowest settings and the gpu running at about 60c Im getting bad artifacts in certain parts of the game.

When I installed the card I repasted both the cpu and gpu with diamond paste, and I also increased the ram to 16gb with a 4gb stick of ram(pacific something or other). any idea what would cause the triangle issue?

Third Is there a workaround for the hibernation issue, or the driver workaround so i dont have to mod the inf every time?
