Lenovo: THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER

DO NOT BUY LENOVO PRODUCT. THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER. Here is what I had to go through once I realised my tablet (LENOVO TAB 2) is not charging properly (I can give more clarification on the issue if you need since its so complicated and brings a massive headache if I wanna post the full malfunction I'm experiencing with). After going through numerous calls and spending a good amount of money; YES YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM TO FOLLOW THEM UP, THEY DONT ANSWER OVER EMAIL (no email provided), talking with different customere support members they simply told me the warranty is not valid in Europe despite the fact that I went through all the documents that I've kept since I bought the device and nothing has been mentioned there regarding the invalidaction of warrenty in Europe and now I'm stuck with a device that I have to spend almost the same amount of money to have it fixed. The customer support members are not responsive and they won't even bother to assist you in any way whatsoever. They only offered me to ship the device to the US which is quite non sense since I have to pay heaps of money for the shipment and by the time the device is gonna reach the US the warranty is gonna come to the end. STAY AWAY FROM ALL LENOVO PRODUCTS, ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND THE HEADACHE.
