Acer 6930G - after adding +1Gig Ram Video drivers Crashing.

Hello guys.

I have Acer Aspire 6930G. Specs - T5800 2ghz dual, nvidia 9300m gs 256ram, Bios phoenix 0.3238 (DXDIAG - ZK2 v0.3238 3B38)
And I had 3 GB of ram factory fitted on Vista home 32bit

I have upgraded my ram to 4 gb of ram with a 2 GB stick Specs - (Komputerbay 2GB 200 Pin 667MHz PC2 5400/PC2 5300 DDR2 SODIMM Memory Module ) which is 100 % compatible with the factory stick on board. it has 2 gb 5300 ddr2fitted.

Problem that I am facing after instaling it is that my Graphics card has started crashing saying NVIDIA drivers stopped working and recovered and so on.

I have reinstalled windows and installed W7 ulti 64 bit, Updated graphic drivers to the latest and tried Phoenix WindPlashe 6930g_Bios-3238-modified flashing on windows in hope that it might reset RAM currency settings with new setings for two 2gb sticks.

But so far nothing hellped the drivers are continua-sly crashing when i run multiple graphics such as vlc abdo flash and so on, LOL crashes even when on stand alone bases.

I have read that it might be do to voltage settings on rams since there is more of it and now its not compatible with graphics. Solution as i understand would be accessing Bios in unlocked status to alter the voltages. Unfortunately I have not found a lagitament Bios version that would unlock these settings to download.

Any thouts on this matter guys :) ?
