Replacing Lenovo X220

I'm having a similar dilemma, my X220 is getting really beat -- cracked bottom tray, replaced the palm rest 2x and its cracked again -- but, its SUPER upgraded and has: a MSATA 250GB drive, 500GB Samsung SSD Pro and 16GB of fast RAM.

Lenovo is having a sale on the X260 and configured as I'd like** I can have one for under $900 with the sale.

I'm unclear on being able to move the MSATA, SSD and RAM over to the new machine - anyone have any insights?

**i5, 4GB, slowest cheapest HD because I'm assuming I can move over my Samsung SSD (can I?)
