Check the Overclockers Lounge thread.
But DO NOT USE someone elses settings to the dot, they will most likely not work. And from looking at posts form people who have been doing that, it always ends with them reverting back to stock. You need to understand what you needs to be done and what you are trying to achieve, and from there you can just tweak around.
Use the provided settings (in the thread) as a starting point.
