Budget Laptop

Hi guys first post here and looking for some advice. I want a laptop around £250 max that would be comfortable running football manager and basic dj serrato programmes. I will use it for that and surfing the Web that is all really. I have been looking at refurbished laptops to give me a better chance of getting a decent spec for the budget I have but I'm really not sure what to go for. Many thanks
