Hi all
Replaced my laptop screen when the colours all started going Negative. However, when i now turn on the notebook, the screen turns on but remains back.
I've tried using the old screen but I get the same result. I imagine it may be the cable itself between the motherboard and the screen may be damaged, however what other solutions could I try?
I've also noted that plugging in a Vga cable (with no laptop screen physically connected to the board) allows for an external monitor to be used. However if I try connecting the screen back up, the external monitor won't pick up a signal and turns itself off automatically.
