Well, finally got a Viliv S5 Premium, which I bought second hand from eBay. It came with Windows 7 starter 32 bits, updated from Windows XP, and the two stickers with the genuine keys inside the battery housing. The previous xp is still present in the device so I can undo the W7 upgrade to roll back in case it is needed. Then I upgraded the mechanical 60GB hard drive with a 128 GB KingSpec 1,8 ZIF 40 pin SSD drive, and so far so good.
The Viliv S5 Premium has a great size to carry it on a car, it's thicker than most laptops, however width and lenght are much less than a notebook with keyboard. The HP Mini 5101, although it's very useful because of the keyboard, has too much area to put it in a car compartment. It's a shame that the appearance of iOS and Android tablet caused to abandon the fabrication of this kind of devices.
It has 1 USB 2.0 standard type connection, and a touch screen with a stylus, among other things. It has also a dedicated button on the side to show/hide a virtual keyboard, but since with Windows 7 does not work properly, I use the Comfort On-Screen Keyboard Pro to do the same thing.
The only downside, is that is not possible to upgrade it to Windows 7 SP1 without losing the touch screen capability, because of the driver. There seems to be an update, but unfortunately the link is broken:

I use the device mainly for car onboard OBD2 diagnosis, and it's pretty awesome considered that it's a 2009-2010 model I think.
