I've been out of the game for a while as far as new laptops and best bang for the budget is. The laptop I'm using for personal use is getting a bit long in the tooth and maxed out. But I don't use it as much, due to size and weight.( HP dv6, Radeon HD 6770m 2GB Dedicated,16GB RAM, i7 2630QM, 1TB HDD, 512GB SSD). I'd like something smaller in size, but still powerful enough to get some simple tasks done. Like running a VMware Desktop session when needed or playing a game every now and then.
