Looking for a cool running high quality 13" notebook

I am looking for a 13" notebook computer with high quality, good bettery time and in particular low temperature (good for durability and ergonomics). I do not particularly care for "touch screen" but it is a nice to have (so is camera compatible with Windows 10 new login using face recognition).

I mostly do software development (so I need a really fast disk for quick builds) but want a machine with decent overall performance). I will not play heavy games but do look at movies and do some light photo work.

All suggestions are appreciated. Have been looking at HP Spectre but it seems to get very hot...
