importing from iPad mini 2 to PC

I have been transferring original pictures and videos from my iPad mini 2 to PC (windows 10) with windows default tool . Here I have some questions.

1. I tried to transfer the same photos to the PC again, they gave different checksums, after I removed their EXIF, they gave the same checksum, which should make sense.

However, I cannot remove EXIF from videos, they always give different checksums for the same video on different imports. Where is their difference?

2. As far as I know, iPad mini 2 WiFi only has no GPS function. However, I see pictures imported have GPS information in its properties. Why it is ?

3. Could video taken by a device with GPS contains any GPS information by itself? How to remove those informations

I have checked again my pictures taken with my iPad mini 2 (WiFi only), yes, some tken pictures contain GPS information but some do not. Some of the pictures were taken when I travel to a countryside where there was no free WiFi (near beach) and I did not have any wifi eggs. It still contains GPS information. Why it is
