EXTREMELY interesting issue here... (Windows device disconnect sound)

Hi folks,
Hope you're fine. I have Asus G53JW, an old notebook running on Windows 7 SP1 x64. I'm using the notebook with Creative A60 2-speakers connected externally, and getting sound from external speakers with no problem. Today i noticed a very interesting thing. You know Windows's device disconnected sound (just like you hear when you remove any USB flash drives). I'm getting this sound WHENEVER i unplug the speaker's power cord from electricity socket regardless of speaker's 3.5mm audio jack is connected or disconnected from PC.

I can't think any interference or power issue i'm having about the cause of this very interesting problem.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
