China cheap tablet, refurbished iPad, or brandnew iPad?

China cheap tablet, refurbished iPad, or a brandnew iPad

I will mostly only use the tablet for a lot of texting and reading, e.g wechat, whatsapp, and facebook, so I may not want a smartphone in which the screen is usually much smaller.

If I buy an iPad, i will probably go for a mini because I like it's screen size.

However, China tablet like kubi T8 is super cheap with all the great features like 1920x1200 IPS screen together with 8 cores cpu etc... which is only around USD 100 here, running on Android 5.x

Many people advise me that cheap but powerful Chinese tablets.

I have little worries about tablet designed in China that is so inexpensive, I am worried that it will knock off very quickly.
I also have little OCD for Apple products simply because I have a good impression for it, I always feel so cool having an iPad, and probably a more long lasting device, but it will take you away more bucks
