I should receive my G752VS today or tomorrow.
I'm from Germany and ordered directly from amazon.de, but the notebook is shipping from UK, which I thought was strange.
The exact model number in the order confirmation is "G752VS-GC054T" and I wonder if it is going to be a UK version. When I enter that modelnumber in google all I get are results for a very high specced UK i6820hk/32gb version but i ordered and paid for a lower spec german i6700hq/16gb version.
I wonder if there was a mixup on Amazon's side, if it's the wrong model I'll return it because the keyboard UK keyboard layout would bother me too much.
Is there a way to tell the exact specs of the laptop from the model number or will I have to wait and read the box sticker?
edit: Well it arrived today and it's the UK model. It even came with a ROG bag, headset and mouse. Haven't unboxed it yet, waiting for Amazon to call back to figure out how to deal with this.
