adaptive brightness problem Alienware 13 QHD+

Hello guys, I have an adaptive brightness problem, my notebook screen QHD+, and bios A04, Windows 10

Problem: Screen dims when there is a dark picture on screen and brightens up when there is a light picture on screen.

I have disabled

1) Sensor monitoring services in services.msc

2) Adaptive brightness in advanced power options to off for both plugged in and battery

3) Intel power saving technology option in my graphics options

4) Dell power saving technology in FX

I disabled everything but the problem is not solved
