$1,500 Gaming Laptop Help

Looking for a gaming laptop around $1,500. Here's the ASUS ROG G751JY-VS71(WX) and here's the MSI GT72 DOMINATOR PRO G-1438. You'll notice that they're pretty similar. I'm looking for the best options in that particular category. In other words, I want options that are meant to compete with those laptops in the same way that those two compete with each other.

What's the best I can do with 980m, 1080p, and $1,500-ish prices?
