Water Cooling Notebook?

Hi guys! I'm new here. I'm now searching a way to build a water cooling system on my Asus U46SV notebook and i was wondering of there is a way to use the current copper pipes that are used for air cooling? I found that the pipes are hollow inside so i can connect the two ends. After that i can add the pump and other stuff outside. Someone can find this question dumb, dk, but im just asking if it can be done
