Need help for my first new (budget) Desktop

I am currently looking for a Desktop below 1.000€ that can handle both demanding games at good quality settings (1080p) and video editing. I didn't find any good pre-build Desktop so i guess i have to built it myself, even if it would be my first time (is it too hard?).

This is the build:

1) CPU: Intel i7 6700K - 360€
2) MOTHERBOARD: Msi B85-G43 GAMING ATX 1150 Motherboard - 98,52€
3) GPU: Zotac GeForce GTX 970 4GB (3.5GB+0.5GB) , DDR5, 256 Bit - 262€ [or Sapphire 21260-00-20G - AMD, RX 480 1085 MHz 8 GB, PCI Expess - 320€ (it can go down to 260€) or Asus 90YV09Q0-M0NA00 GTX 1060, 6 GB GDDR5 (when it will be close to 300€)]
4) RAM: Corsair CMK16GX4M2A2133C13R Vengeance LPX 16 GB, 2x8 GB DDR4, 2133 MHz, CL13 XMP 2.0 - 72,68€
5) MONITOR: Asus VX239H Monitor 23'', FHD (1920x1080), IPS, Frameless, Flicker Free, Low Blue Light - 156,07€
6) CASE: This is really confusing me, why some of them are so cheap and others more expensive? Aerocool Aero-500 Gaming Case - 34€ (or Fractal Design Define R5 - 110€)
7) HDD: Seagate Desktop ST2000DM001, 6 Gbit/s, 2 TB, 7200 RPM, 64MB Cache, SATA III - 64,98€ (it's the cheaper one)
8) SSD: Samsung 750 EVO SSD, 250GB - 69,99€
9) WIFI: i don't really know what to pick up. Maybe TP-LINK TL-WN881ND PCI Express Wireless N 300 Mbps - 18,49€
10) OPTICAL DRIVE: TSSTcorpCDDVDW SH-224FB - 13,50€
11) PSU: Corsair VS450, CP-9020096-EU 450 Watt Plus 80 - 40,99€
12): KEYBOARD: Logitech K120 Keyboard USB - 13,99€

(I already have the mouse)

TOTAL: 1,205,15 €

Let me know if i forgot anything.
It's still not the best build out there but it should be good enough. But since i am on budget, how can i lower the cost down to 1.000€?
