Fresh Windows Install : Won't detect drive !

I have a E6320.

I want to do a fresh install of Windows 10.

At the Custom Installation window, it won't detect the HDD for install ... BUT ! If I try to load drivers, I CAN SEE THE C: drive !

I have tried to loads defaults from BIOS : won't work
I have tried the following SATA configuration : ATA, AHCI and Raid On. None works
I have tried to boot USB Key (Win10 install) from either Legacy Boot or UEFI

I have tried to load some drivers but none works ?

WTF is this ???
