DELL E6420, E6430 Windows 10 problems

Hi!

at my workplace, we are using many Dells 6000 series laptops.
While we were on Windows 7, they all worked fine, however when we installed Windows 10 on them, they all start to have issues with sound. They cant let the sound out on speakers or sound is only going to the headphones. Also some of them are having issues with docking stations, "older big models"

Also we have few of the new 7000 series, and they also have problems, one is crashing while it ejects from the docking station or connecting to it, another have issues with picture.... monitor is gaining and losing connection all the time.

All BIOS updates are up to date, all drivers updated and Windows 10 updates installed.

Is here somebody from who is familiar with similar problems?
