Battery Replacement

I have an early 2013 retina macbook pro and it may be about time to change the battery. I see apple charges $200. Do they also replace the entire base (keyboard deck, etc)? I have heard conflicting things.

I have some slight scratches around the ports and if they do replace the bottom body it may be worth paying the $200 as I am OCD about these things. If not may try to replace it myself and save some $$
