Clevos and Game Capture Cards

Hi guys, I am thinking of getting an USB capture card to do some game streaming, or at least record gameplay (be it iPad, PC or even PS4 once I got the money...?). I strongly prefer to be able to do 1080p 60fps. I am currently using a borrowed Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle with my laptop and will like to return it to its owner soon [IMG].

I saw the following options online so far:

1. Push-Button, Need USB Stick only machines: Yeah, best way for me to categorise them... because there are many brands (e.g. EzRecHD, SaiEL, ezcap) but all of them look the same! [IMG] I have seen many of these being used in Japanese arcades where all you have to do is to slot a USB stick into its USB slot and press the red button to record and press again to stop. They are easy to use (recorded some PriPara gameplay [IMG]) and the price like quite good (cheapest I have seen is say, 100 bucks including S&H in Qoo10?), but unfortunately, they don't do 1080p 60fps and I don't think these can do streaming, right?

2. Avermedia: I heard about this brand name quite a lot (and I think I was checking out its TV record cards many years back...?) when it comes to streaming so I decided to check them out. I found two models that suit my needs (ExtremeCap U3 and Live Gamer EXtreme), just that I am not sure which will be the better one for my needs (e.g. need the extra mic ports on the Live Gamer EXtreme or not...). Their prices are at 230 and 268 bucks respectively.

3. elgato: I heard about this brand too, but unfortunately it appears that its products seem to have audio issues that made people prefer Avermedia's products over this brand...http://ift.tt/2aIDqJR

4. Hauppauge: I had used its TV capture card too (PCI era!) so I decided to check it out too. Appears to me that those models in Singapore cannot do 1080p 60fps too. But there is a model known as "HD PVR 60" that can do that. I am just not sure of its availability and pricing; will have to contact the distro soon.

5. XCAPTURE-1 USB 3.0 HD: I chanced upon this model too during my searches. Seems to me that it can do almost all sorts of video capture and more (see:http://ift.tt/1vQbdF9) but the price is really steep. About 38000 yen including S&H from its official (?) website (http://ift.tt/2avf56O) which translates to about 475 SGD [IMG]

Am I missing other options that I can consider? Also, what else should I consider when selecting the right machine?

Thanks!
