Safe VRM temperature

Really want to know what are safe temps for VRM. I searched around the net a bit and some say it's 100C, some 125C. Would really want to know which one is the correct one. I'm toying with my GTX970 Strix a bit and with following overclock I'm getting 97C.


So far only did Furmark, no real gaming benches, so temps could probably differ a bit. Gonna play me some Witcher 3 later this evening .
