Is that normal ? " Dell XPS 15 (9530)

First of all my laptop is Dell XPS 9530

Intel i7-4712HQ CPU @2.30GHz
16 GB memory and 512 SSD hard drive
windows 8.1
I got this laptop last December and it did not suffer any problem before.

Now I noticed today in the task manager that there are many windows and Microsoft "services" stopped running in the task manager. Here are screenshots of those services that stopped running...
