E7470 QHD screen swap

Alright so I've bought myself a E7470 that is going to become my full time permanent business school laptop. The only thing that's missing is the QHD screen. I've seen a few on Ebay for around $150 so it's an affordable upgrade but is it a direct swap? Anyone done this before?
