How to determine if the laptop is 1600x900 or 1920x1080

I don't have the luxury of test driving it so can only look at the pics. Is there a sign that tells which graphics/display it uses? It came in both flavors. I prefer the HD of course.

Can you look at a L702x and immediately determine from the body or configuration specs it's a lower spec'ed model?

I asked the seller to look it up and thus far has been unresponsive.
