Thread with lots of video links very slow...

Hi, as the density of videos per post went to 8, the loading of the full display of a page takes a long time. So I put the video's in spoiler brackets hoping it would help, but not so much.

Can the number of posts to display per page be reduced - I don't see how to configure that from my end.

Or, shoulld I spread out the video links a bit thinner than 8 per post, say to 4 or 6 links per post? That will increase the number of posts in the thread, but reduce the number of video links per...
