Remaining issues after installing hinge

Hi, after the hinge broke on my clevo p170sm-a I reinstalled it but there are still a few issues I would like to learn about.

First in the picture below just below the lcd corner, the plastic numb that sticks from the cover through the middle hole in the hinge is now broken off. I managed to epoxy the plastic piece that was holding the screw in on the right hand hole but the nub for the middle hole remains missing. I was wondering how important it was to repair this and how you'd recommend...
