Looking for a MacBook Air replacement

I need to replace my 5 year old MBA with a Windows-based machine. My two primary requirements are:

• LTE/4G - I want my notebook to always be connected to the internet
• 7600U or 7660U processor

The new Surface Pro would be a good choice, but it doesn't have LTE/4G yet. My current top contender is the 5th gen Lenovo X1 Carbon, but it only has a full HD screen. As such, I'd like to know if there are any other options.
