K501U - ASUS Touchpad issues

I purchased a K501UW-AB78 notebook from Newegg about a month ago. It's great, other than the touchpad, which is not:
- The right click button does not right click about 75% of the time (left clicks instead, even if I right click on the most extreme right part of it)
- Two finger scrolling is erratic.... sometimes it's slow, other times it's blazing fast... No intertial scrolling functionality setting in driver, and Windows scrolling setting is set to the default 3.
