GT72VR 75hz -> 120hz Upgrade Possible?

Good afternoon,

I recently purchased the MSI GT72VR 6RE laptop, and for the most part I am loving it. I got it at a pretty good price, and I was aware that this particular model had the 75hz G-Sync screen instead of the 120hz panel. I'm wondering if any resellers or enthusiasts have switched their panel for a 120hz version yet, but I have been having a hard time finding info on whether or not it is possible.

I actually pulled the bezel off of my laptop (I like tinkering with my stuff) and...
