I googled and found some unsavory reviews (but no one shares good experiences) but there were only in reference to imacs. Both sales and purchases.

Some folks said they sent in a computer to sell back just to have them claim damage and state they would give $0 and wanted to charge money for return shipping, only to receive something different than they originally shipped.

Others talked about receiving apple laptops that were damaged or not working properly an not beng able to receive...
