Flashing a gsync 980m vbios on a non-gsync 980m?

I've tried googling it, but it's hard to figure out whether this can be done safely or not.

Just some background info:
Both are Clevo laptops
One is a P770ZM G-sync 970m, one is a P750ZM non gsync 980m

Am I able to take the 980m, flash a gsync prema vbios, and put it in the P770ZM and it work fine?
Will I be able to take the 970m from the 770, flash a non gsync prema vbios, and use it in the 750?

I'm hoping @Prema or anyone else who has experience can shed some light,...
