Can't uninstall Dell Data Protection and makes login slower

After a clean install, installed "Dell Data Protection | Encryption" software on the Dell 9550. Immediately after that, Windows takes longer to load and login my session slower. The thing is, that app does not appear on "Add or remove programs". What a bad idea to install that bloatware.
