Can't get Hotkey to work

I recently had something boot related happen to my laptop to the point where I had to reformat, now I can't get hotkey flexkey working so my keyboard isn't lighting up I have tried 2 versions one was 3.13 and the other was what is offered on sagers website for my laptop both load up with windows but don't open when I try clicking on them I get some error, I looked around google with no luck please help, I have the laptop in my sig.​
