AW17 R4 - And so the fun starts...

It arrived yesterday but I didn't have time to open it so the exciting moment came about an hour ago.

Earlier this morning, my wife said "I'll bet you can't wait to start playing with it this weekend!" to which I replied "No, not really. This will be my 4th Alienware and so far none have ever worked straight out of the box. The last one (an AW17 R1), took 5 months of on-site visits and service calls before Dell finally decided to refund me as they could not get the laptop running...
