Asus g73sw: 560m upgrade cooling pads question. Does quality really make a change ?

Hi so my new graphics card finally shipped, and assuming it works I am planning to overclock it as much as possible to get a few more fps out of games ;p

I just am not sure how to go about cooling accessories:

This is my future card which looks identical to my past one.
Components in red were cooled with thermal pase
In blue with pads
Yellow weren't cooled
and Purple isn't covered by heatsink at all
