Advice needed for buying laptop

I am Oracle/SQL server DBA by profession and want to purchase a 16 GB laptop with I7 processor for building my virtual lab with Oracle and SQL server installed in it.. What will be the best budget and top performer laptop . My budget is around $1243, please suggest.
