530U4C Not Charging

Hi, I have a 4 years old 530U4C laptop. Recently when i plugged in the power cable, the led indicator doesn't get on (neither green nor yellow light) and the laptop doesn't get charge. Sometimes it starts charging but then stops. I tried a different charger and the result is the same. The PC is working fine when it get charged, no problem there.
Can we say that the problem is the power jack?
