I recently purchased a 15r2 off of a guy, it has a dud battery (1% not charging, need to spend 100$~ to get a new battery, but cant afford that at the moment) But it works decently other than that, 965m in it, 16gb ram. but after opening HWinfo64, i noticed my cpu wouldnt go over 800Mhz clock speed, even if i use cpu stress tests. 40C-50C temps, so throttling shouldn't be the reason. any help would be highly appreciated
