Computex: New ge73vr and gs73vr

I'd love to know more about the ge73vr and the gs73vr. When is the expected release date? Will it be using optimus or g-sync? Will it be the regular 1070s or the new Max-q cards? Are there any other comps with similar components and size coming out?

So, I don't understand... will the new q chips be faster than the current 60, 70 & 80 chips? I guess all that I'm reading about is performance per mm of chassis. IDK how this related to actual performance since the q chips will need less wattage to run at max performance it seems. And since they aren't a new design and still Pascal, I guess I just don't get the difference in GPU's, only that they will be able to shove a big mac into a water bottle.

Hi guys

I'm not sure if this is posted here , but I thought I would do so. I personally battled with this problem yesterday for 9 hours.

I just bought yesterday a new Asus Swift PG248Q 144hz monitor with g-sync. I own an Clevo p870KM1-g Laptop with 1080 gtx and 75hz g-sync screen, to which the external monitor is attached to.

There was massive stuttering/fps drops/freezes which the external monitor is causing me when the g-sync is on. I think this has been a problem for a long time when...

Guys, you know the problem
And i think i found a solution, at least it worked for me.
Here is the miracle;
? used thermal pad over the heat pipe of the cpu, and it worked nice, In sum; the pad transfers the heat to the cover(thanks to lenovo its metal), and cover spreads heat , and this lowers the actual temp of the cpu.
I put the pad on the red rectangle.

Has anybody noticed that this model has been up on the Gigabyte site for around a week or so? I saw today that it was just now officially announced at Computex, it looks great! If the price is decent this may be something I would consider buying.
